Night Shift Supervisor

We need a LEADER! McNaughten Pointe is currently seeking a Night Shift Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN).

A nurse supervisor is responsible for managing staff, overseeing patient care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. They are charged with assigning staff and monitoring their activities, and with helping to recruit and train new personnel.

Job Duties:

• Completes patient care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing and staff; following up on work results.
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.

Full time position w/benefits after 30 days.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• Experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility preferred
• Active license to practice as a RN or LPN in Ohio
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices & procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
