To all of the staff and residents of McNaughten Pointe who were so kind and helpful to me, I would like to say thank you to those of you who went out of your way to make my time here pleasant and enjoyable. Each of you who cheerfully did things for me that most certainly were not in your job descriptions have truly been a blessing to me. And every resident who took time to offer words of encouragement and immeasurable amount of compliments made an experience that could have been depressing, extremely uplifting. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Please continue to be the awesome people that you are! You have no idea how much your kindness means to someone in the midst of a life crisis.

When I was sent over from the hospital to here, I was kind of scared. I didn't know what to expect. All of the staff have been wonderful. My nurses have all been great. My STNAs have been tremendous too. My therapists were perfect and helped me. The social work help was something I didn't expect and helped me out so very much. They had to do a lot of work to get me what I needed. This place was very clean and a good place to get better and healthier. I recommend it, it was a great experience!

My name is Tia and I'm 44 years old. I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia and my biggest fear was to be put into a nursing home. However, you all made my stay a pleasant one, every was nice, the food was ok, they accomodated me with the food I didn't eat. The staff at large, was the best, I feel I got the best care. I came in kicking and screaming, I'm leaving not wanting to go. Thank you, espeically the Therapy staff.

My experience at McNaughten Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation is going well so far. The nurses are very respectful and responsible. The people here are cheerful and happy every time I come to visit. My father is also making a big difference here for the good.

My experience is very good with my sister. She came here not able to do too much of anything but since our stay here she is more aware, starting to talk, and is eating now. I'm quite pleased with staff and care we are getting here very friendly but most importantly my sister seems okay and happy.

Everyone I have had contact with from the lowest to the highest has been fantastic. Everyone takes great care and shows deep concern to all of the patients. I have the utmost gratitude to all of the staff in the way they have taken care of my sister Kathrine. Last but not least, the center is always clean and everyone is busy doing things.

I don’t know where to start so I will start by saying Thank You!!! My Aunt Kathy is everything to me!! The way McNaughten Pointe has treated my Aunt as well as my whole entire family is AMAZING!!! This was the most difficult decision I’ve ever had to make in my whole life but because of ALL the staff being amazing I am at peace!!! I can’t thank you enough!! My prayers were truly answered by selecting this place to be the place in which brings me and my Aunt Kathy so much peace!! May God bless you ALL for a job well done!! You ALL will forever be in my thoughts and prayers!!

My stay here was amazing. The love here was amazing. The staff was loveable, they love their jobs and the people who they took care of. They show so much love, the staff always smile they know we need that hug, that smile, the encouraging word. I love it here and I couldn’t find a better place than this. Thank you.

I came in PT/OT unable to walk, stand up, and climb stairs. Today because of the girls, I am able to complete all these tasks! It's only been one month! I'm very happy about what they've been able to do with me! Also, you always know when you come here, you'll always be greeted with a friendly face. The girls are always somebody you can come to with anything you need. Not only do you PT and OT here you get so much more here. Thank you guys!!

The place was clean, the staff was nice friendly took time to explain their practices in terms that I could easily understand. How each equipment worked. What they do and why it was necessary for my recovery. I feel they really cared about the patients. They seem to all work together as a team. This is my second visit here I would not go any place else.

Therapy did a great job with my mom. All goals were met! There is no other better place that I could have picked for my mom! Also, all staff went above and beyond the call of duty.

I could hardly walk before I came here. Now I am able to walk long distances with my walker. My balance is better and I can now dress myself, including putting on my shoes and socks! I would recommend this therapy to others. Everything was great.

I have had a very good experience in the facility. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. The therapist have been excellent and are great at what they do. Gina, the social worker, has been very helpful with explaining everything and getting me prepared to return home. The food has been very good! Much better than the hospital. I have no complaints and would recommend the facility to anyone who needs a nursing facility.

I have enjoyed my time here. The staff has helped make my stay more pleasant- especially Nurse, Lynette, and Aide, Katlyn, with whom I worked more closely with ... Food was excellent - serving a large variety of meals. Physical Therapy is one of the best that I have worked with. Thomas and Jordan have shown me many ways to strengthen my muscles, and I will continue to make use of them at home. Your center is one that I will recommend to friends and family should they need a rehab center.
