Empowering Caregivers: An Inside Look at Foundations Annual Nurse Skills Fair

McNaughten Pointe recently attended a Foundations Health Solutions Annual Nursing Skills Fair for RNs and LPNS in the Central Ohio region. This event was a time of growth and learning as Foundations' dedicated nursing leaders provided hands-on training on essential procedures for patient care. Our caregivers received training in CPR and advanced directives, medication administration, catheter insertion, wound care, tracheostomy care and much more.



The Nurse Skills Fair allowed our team to refine and rejuvenate their practice while fostering relationships between coworkers from fellow sister facilities. As a part of the Foundations Health portfolio, we value a team culture where every member knows their worth and the importance of their role in patient care. The Nurse Skills Fair is just one of the many ways Foundations honors our culture of service, care and compassion for those we serve.
