Meet Whitney, our new Atrium Unit Manager!

Whitney has been working in healthcare since she was fifteen years old! She started as an STNA in a long-term care facility. Whitney hasn't always been in long-term care; she has experience as a life flight nurse, correctional nurse, and disaster relief nurse! But she specializes in behavioral health.
Whitney chose healthcare because she is extremely passionate about caring for others. She loves to run our skilled unit and she is the change she wants to see in healthcare. She is currently in school to receive her master's degree to become a Psych Nurse Practitioner and to receive her MHA!
Outside of work, her hobbies consist of shopping, traveling, and reading. Her goal is to see all seven wonders of the world before she turns forty. She is also collecting charms from each country she has visited and just returned from the Bahamas! She also has four children.
Whitney was born in Ohio but spent time in Alabama before returning to Ohio! Her favorite foods are Fried fish, red beans, and rice and her favorite color is pink!
