Meet Jerome, McNaughten Pointe's new Dietary Director!



Jerome has been working in Long-term Care for over 25 years! He got his start in high school when he was looking for a job and nothing seemed to stand out until one of his friends approached him and said he should work in a facility as a dietary aide! He has since worked his way up and more recently worked in one of our sister facilities as a Dietary Director.

Jerome is very passionate about his job and loves being able to teach and educate others in the kitchen. He also loves helping others find and improve their skills in the kitchen.

Cooking and his job are not the only things Jerome is passionate about. He also passionate about helping and servicing people. He took notice during the pandemic that people all over are in need of help and his goal is to be able to own a duplex where he can have people in need of housing and resources stay until they can get back on their feet.

Some of his favorite things are cooking, sports and family. He loves to travel with his family; his favorite place to go with family is Walt Disney World in Florida. He loves that it can bring them together. He also enjoys trying new things and going new places.
